For London Broil - A simple marinade.
1/4 C = 4 TBS
1/4 C Bourbon
1/4 C Brown Sugar
1/4 C Soy Sauce
2-4 Garlic cloves pressed
2 TBS Dijon Mustard
1TBS Wocestershire Sauce
1 TBS Olive Oil
1/2 TSP Black Pepper
Blend all ingredients together, marinade up to 4 LBS meat
